Hi Karen,

It's with great pleasure I am writing to let you know I have finally achieved my lifetime goal and dream of becoming a structural firefighter. I have worked continuously for nearly a decade building the best resume I could but was missing a critical piece and that was my interview skills.  You successfully taught me how to prepare and formulate answers which led to improved interview score and my confidence.  I cannot thank you enough you have contributed greatly to my journey and life passion. 2020
